Housing

The tuition for the entire 3-week intensive is $1900.

Upon acceptance, all applicants will receive a survey link asking which option they wish to participate in for the intensive: 3-week participation; 2-week participation; 1-week participation; Select daily participation; Individual Drop-In classes throughout the 3 weeks.

The cost breakdown is as follows:

$1900 3 WEEKS (FULL INTENSIVE)

$1270 2 WEEKS

$635 1 WEEK

$55 DAILY RATE (MORNING CLASSES ONLY)

Students have the option to receive college credit for their participation in CONCRETE. If this may be of interest to you, please contact us for an exact breakdown of cost and credit.


On-campus housing accommodations are available to all intensive participants at an additional cost.

Students who choose to reside on Montclair State University’s campus for the duration of the intensive will be placed in The Village apartments with other intensive participants.

NIGHTLY HOUSING RATE:

$47 DOUBLE ROOM

$60 SINGLE ROOM

Amenities include apartment furniture (Twin XL bed, dresser, couches, etc.), in-apartment bathrooms and kitchen, and communal laundry room. For room layouts and details, click here.

A form will be sent to accepted students following the close of the application period, with the chance to opt in to housing if desired .

Who can I contact with questions about my CONCRETE application?

Answers to FAQ’s will be updated on this page shortly. For the time being, all questions can be directed to our Administrative Manager via email.

Scholarships

All applicants that submit audition materials and application fees by
Sunday, March 24th will be automatically considered for a scholarship.

Scholarship details are as follows:

  • Program participants will receive 1/2 off the intensive tuition ($950)

  • Scholarship recipients must commit to participation of the full 3-week program

  • Scholarship offers will be sent out separately from the initial acceptance email.


Important Dates

The following dates are a general timeline that can be expected regarding applications, acceptance letters, commitment decisions, and program dates:

JANUARY 1 Application opens

MARCH 24 Application due for scholarship consideration

APRIL 8-12 Acceptance decisions will be sent out

MAY 1 Final deadline for rolling submissions
Deposit ($500) due to secure program participation

JUNE 5 Remaining tuition due for all participants

JUNE 9 Move-in for participants living on-campus

JUNE 10-15 Week 1

JUNE 17-22 Week 2

JUNE 24-28 Week 3
